Patient details, appointments, consultation notes, prescription records and billing records are stored in the app’s database and included in your subscription. Optional storage charges apply to uploaded files.
WhatsApp and AI services are not included in these prices. Any paid extras and onboarding charges will be confirmed before activation.

Is cloud file storage compulsory?
No. Core patient records are included in your software subscription. Cloud storage for uploaded reports, scans and photos is an optional paid extra.
Can I save documents on my computer?
You can download generated documents. You manage local folders and backups; files stored only on your computer cannot be searched inside CoreeyCare.
What is the difference between the two plans?
Both include the core clinic workflow. Clinic includes 1 Head Doctor, 1 Assistant Doctor and 1 Receptionist. Clinic Plus includes 1 Head Doctor, 3 Assistant Doctors and 2 Receptionists.
